Non-Fat Tuesday: 3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

As promised, I am continuing with "fatty" recipes for the remainder of December. I found this recipe for Peanut Butter Cookies in the WE Energy Cookie Book this year and it is amazing! And yes, it is only three ingredients!




What You Will Need

  • 1-Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1-Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1-Egg


1. Mix all ingredients until smooth.
2. Roll into 2-inch balls and place on cookie sheet.
3. Use a fork to press the cookies down before baking.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 14-16 minutes or until golden brown.


You can also add Hershey's Kisses to your cookies before baking instead of pressing them down with a fork.
